View Cross-Department Tickets
New enhancement to the Service Desk Portal.
Now, when you submit a ticket to another department from the Service Desk portal, you’ll be able to view its status directly within the portal.
What This Means for You:

✅ Better Tracking – Keep all your ticket information in one place.
Simply log in to the Service Desk Portal, navigate to the "
My Account" section, and you’ll see tickets that have been submitted to other departments.
