New Feature Announcement: Submit Tickets Directly to HR
We’re pleased to share an update to the Service Desk that makes reaching out to HR easier and more private than ever.
Whether you’re submitting a ticket through "I have a question for a specific department" or some of the other categories, you’ll now notice HR-related options embedded throughout the selections.
Tickets submitted to HR are handled without any middleman, this ensures that your inquiry is routed directly to the HR Helpdesk, automatically and securely.
Once your ticket is submitted, you’ll receive a notification confirming it has been routed, followed by the standard ticket confirmation from the HR Helpdesk.
