1. Access real-time vendor alerts directly from the Service Desk portal.
   

1. Stay informed on any system updates or issues that could affect daily operations.
   

How It Works:

1. The "Vendor Alerts" section will automatically display the most recent vendor notifications, including source, received time, and information.
   

1. This section can be viewed directly within the "Submit a Ticket" page, giving you quick access while you create new tickets.
   

Whether you’re dealing with service interruptions or just need to stay informed, this feature is designed to keep you on top of vendor updates with ease.
