Service Desk Portal Enhancements: New Menu Options
We've added new menu selections to improve accessibility and ease of use. Now, within the “I’m Having a Problem with” menu, you can select “Invoice" and "Security and Compliance” to report issues more specifically in these areas, ensuring faster response times from our support teams.
Additionally, under the “Requesting” menu, we’ve added an option for “Key Fob and Access Cards.”
To further simplify support, a direct link to the "Password Reset Portal" has been added to the main menu list:
