ACTIONS

WHAT ACTION DO I NEED TO TAKE?

Transition to SharePoint Drives.
  • Please avoid using OneDrive links to directly share files with colleagues for collaborative purposes.
  • If you have access to files in an offboarded user’s OneDrive, please copy those files to a central destination, such as a SharePoint drive. This ensures that access to critical files is not lost when the OneDrive share expires.
  • If your team isn’t familiar with a dedicated SharePoint drive, please reach out to your manager. They can then submit a ticket to set it up.
