Zoho Projects Data Migration

Summary:

  • Where: Zoho 
  • What: Zoho Projects
  • When: Saturday, March 9th, 2024, between 8:00 pm and 12:00 am.

Details: Zoho Projects storage migration to Zoho Workdrive.

Impact: During the migration, it is imperative that no one edit, delete, or create new documents in Zoho Projects as the migration will fail. 

 

After the migration is finalized, the functionality of Zoho Projects remains unaltered and can be utilized as usual.

 

Additional Information:

  • Workdrive Team folders will automatically be created for all the projects using the project name, and the project documents will reside in the Workdrive Team folders.
  • Project attachments will be moved to the attachment folder in Workdrive under My Folders > Apps > Zoho Projects / BugTracker.
  • Existing roles from Zoho Projects will be mapped with Zoho Workdrive
